The Paragon MedSpa is amongst the first in the country to offer the Viveve treatment, which is a 30-minute procedure performed in our office.
During the treatment, tissue is alternately cooled at the surface and deeply heated beneath. With Viveve, the surface layer of tissue is not injured, so you can immediately return to your normal activities.
Your body responds to the Viveve treatment by generating new, stronger collagen. Typically, women feel the results in about 30 days and the full effect at about 90 days.

MicroNeedling
Smoother & younger looking skin without downtime or side effects. MicroNeedling is a safe, effective and minimally invasive procedure which creates a series of micro channels on the skin, resulting in glowing, smoother and younger looking skin but without the downtime or trauma that is associated with laser or chemical treatments.
Laser Hair Removal
Laser hair removal is ideal for patients with dark hair and light skin, although nearly anyone with unwanted facial or body hair can benefit from this procedure. This procedure can be performed on the lip, chin, neck, back, arms, legs, bikini area and more.
After laser hair removal, patients may experience redness, puffiness and sunburn sensations for the first few days. You may return to work and other regular activities as soon as you feel comfortable. Three to seven days after treatment, patients may notice what appears to be a re-growth of hair, but is actually a shedding of the treated hair, which will fall out and not grow back.
Since hairs grow at different times, multiple treatments will be needed for all patients at intervals of four to six weeks. Virtually pain-free, safely and visibly reduces unwanted hair over a series of 6-9 treatments.

Manual Exfoliation
Microdermabrasion
Microdermabrasion is a convenient procedure that safely and effectively improves the appearance of the skin with no pain and no downtime. Most patients see significant improvement to the color, tone and texture of their skin, as well as improvements to oily or dull skin, enlarged pores or mild complexion problems. In addition to its cosmetic results, microdermabrasion can also help enhance circulation and lymph flow, to keep skin as healthy on the inside as it is on the outside. Series of treatments is recommended.

This procedure combines a chemical peel with microdermabrasion.
Clear Lift
ClearLift™, formerly known as Pixel Q-switch, is a virtually painless, non-ablative approach to laser skin resurfacing. Using 1064nm Q-Switched laser technology, patients are enjoying fast, comfortable treatments with visible results and no downtime.
This treatment improves fine lines, wrinkles, the appearance of small veins and redness caused by vascularity. It is gentle enough to treat areas that are typically too sensitive to treat with traditional ablative lasers, such as the delicate skin around the eyes, neck, mouth and chest.
Dermaplaning
This is highly effective, safe, manual exfoliation clears away dead skins cells and vellus hair from the surface of the face. It diminishes the appearance of fine lines and provides a healthy, more radiant appearance.
Peels
Skinceuticals Pigment Balancing Masque
This peel targets hyper-pigmentation to dramatically improve uneven skin and the results do sun damage. This masque combines high performance brightening and anti-inflammatory agents with a peel acid solution to accelerate cell renewal while diminishing, diffusing and localizing hyper-pigmentation. Recommend 4-6 treatments.
Skinceuticals MicroPeel
This is a three step clinical procedure that combines manual exfoliation (dermaplaning) with chemical exfoliation using 20% glycolic acid and cryogenic therapy. Recommend 4-6 treatments.
Skinceuticals MicroPeel Sensitive
A slightly milder version of the MicroPeel. A great starting place for those new to peels or for those who have sensitive skin. This offers very little downtime. Recommend 4-6 treatments.
Skinceuticals MicroPeel Plus
This is a one step clinical procedure designed to control breakouts and improve skin texture. It is formulated with both salicylic and glycolic acids and requires a very short downtime. Multiple treatments may be recommended.
VI PeeL
A facial peel for ALL complexions. It helps to improve the appearance of acne, unwanted pigmentation and melasma. It is the only peel of its kind to contain a synergistic blend of TCA, Retin-A, Salicylic Acid, Phenol, and Vitamin C. It gives great results in as little as one treatment.

Skin Tightening
Near infrared technology is used to penetrate deep heat to the deepest layers of tissue. This stimulates collagen production and tightens lax skin. Nearly any patient seeking fuller, tighter skin can benefit from laser skin tightening as a safe, noninvasive and effective procedure. The laser skin tightening procedure can be fully customized to help each patient receive the best possible results, depending on the skin condition, size and location of the targeted area and the strength of the laser exposure. Treatments should be performed once every two weeks for a total of 6, followed by quarterly maintenance.
Tattoo Removal
Many people have second thoughts about their tattoos. Fortunately, you don’t have to live with your decision forever. Highly precise lasers can lighten or remove your tattoo by focusing or pulsing light on the ink particles, which then convert the energy to heat and break up into tiny pieces that are absorbed harmlessly by the body. All this can be accomplished without damaging the surrounding tissue. Our state of the art equipment can help patients see their tattoos fade by 95% or more over the course of multiple treatments. 8-10 treatments is recommended every 6-8 weeks.
Vein Treatment
While spider and varicose veins have been successfully treated for years through conventional methods such as stripping, ligation and sclerotherapy, these procedures often cause pain and other unwanted symptoms during and after treatment.
