Membership patients also get 10% off an additional med spa treatment.

Examples: Use membership fee toward a HydraFacial, but you also want a dermaplane that day/month.  You get 10% off the dermaplane.

Unused membership fees rollover and remain on your account as a credit.

A valid ID and credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or Discover) is required to enroll in the My Spa Membership Contract.

Membership contracts are month-to-month agreements and will auto-renew every month.

Membership dues will be automatically charged to your credit card/debit card on a 30 day interval after signup. 

Appointments at Paragon Med Spa are made on a first come first serve basis. You are responsible for scheduling your monthly spa services in advance to ensure that you receive your preferred date, time and service provider.

Spa membership dues do not include gratuities.

Monthly memberships may not be used in combination with any other promotional offers or packages, or gift certificates.

If you do not come in one month and use your membership you are NOT allowed to transfer that money to other services(ex: botox, filler, laser, facial, etc.) You will fore-fit that months fee if you do not come in that month. 

To cancel your membership, simply provide Paragon Med Spa a 30-day written notice.
